We offer the following planning and organizational services for visitors to Berlin:

• Assistance and advice with respect to the planning of your excursions, seminars, symposia, weekend, or single-day events as well as educational tours. We will organize and set up a scheduled program and accompany you throughout the individual stages of your event/seminar.
• There are no restrictions and/or limitations as to the date and duration of your trip or the size of your group, which allows for maximum flexibility on your part. We offer accommodation ranging from youth hostels to top, luxury hotels.
• We will be your primary contact during your stay in Berlin and act as your individual tutor and guide to specific aspects of the city.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

• choosing a venue (hotels, youth hostels) with a category rating as determined by you
• suggestions for the schedule/seminar programs to be substantiated in close coordination with you
• further arrangements/assistance with the proposed program (timeframe, logistics, booking of guided tours, registration of visitors with the Bundestag (Federal Parliament), the Bundeskanzleramt (Office of the Federal Chancellor) etc.
• organizing your transportation (e.g. booking tickets for local public transport in Berlin, coaches etc.)
• suggestions for cultural events (in co-operation with a local ticketing agent)

WHO WE ARE

The Society for International Education - Political Lectures in Berlin e.V. keeps up the tradition of the former Paul-Löbe-Institut Berlin as an institution for adult political education.

Since our seminars on regional/cultural studies as well as German, European and/or cultural politics are not subsidized, we are not subject to any requirements or restrictions imposed by the authorities and/or sponsors.
